Welcome to Minimum Days, a web-based application designed to streamline teacher observation, evaluation, and instructional support. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Minimum Days in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Minimum Days provides tools to support educational leaders with:
Conducting classroom observations
Generating evaluation notes and reports
Organizing instructional evidence aligned to professional standards
Storing and retrieving observation records
Minimum Days is intended solely for use by educators and school administrators.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
4. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of any observation content, notes, or other data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
We will not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is stored securely and only accessible to you or authorized members of your school organization.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform’s code or systems

6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
7. Modifications

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
